2024-2025 Registration Information

Congratulations to the Bishop Gorman Class of 2029!
We are thrilled to welcome our newest Gaels to the Bishop Gorman family!
Important Next Steps Accepted Students:
If you received an Acceptance letter, congratulations! To officially secure your spot in the Class of 2029, please follow these steps:
  1. Pay the New Student Fee:
    You can reserve your spot by paying the $500 New Student Fee starting on Thursday, February 13, 2025. The payment deadline is Monday, February 24, 2025.
  2. Registration for Classes:
    Your next step will be class registration, please carefully read the information below.

    Incoming Freshman Registration
    • When: The week of March 10-14, 2025
    • REGISTRATION AT PARTNER SCHOOLS
      As a courtesy we visit select partner schools to provide a convenient registration experience. Please schedule a registration appointment at your school using this link for SELECT PARTNER SCHOOLS. 
    • REGISTRATION AT BISHOP GORMAN HIGH SCHOOL
      For all other schools, please schedule a registration appointment on either Tuesday, March 11 or Wednesday, March 12 at BISHOP GORMAN. 
    • REGISTRATION FOR OUT-OF-STATE STUDENTS
      If you live out-of-state, please email Mrs. Dixon at jdixon@bishopgorman.org to schedule a registration appointment on Friday, March 14, via Google Meet or Phone Call.
    Reminder:
    It is required that a parent/guardian attend the Incoming Freshman Registration, and it is highly encouraged that your student attend with you as well.

    Challenge Test
    You may be eligible to take a challenge test in Math and/or Spanish if you would like to challenge your recommended course placement.  Please mark your calendar for the following dates as you will be able to choose which time works best for you. 
    • Math
      • Saturday, March 29th, 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
    • Spanish           
      • Saturday, March 29th, 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM
    • Spanish
      • Tuesday, April 1st at 4:00 P.M. – 5:15 P.M.
    • Math
      • Thursday, April 3rd at 4:00 P.M.  – 5:15 P.M.

    Becoming A Gael
    • All incoming freshmen are required to attend Becoming A Gael, a session designed to help students transition smoothly into life at Bishop Gorman. There will be two session dates available, and you will need to select one during the registration process.
